Women long smock Mermaid dress. Has mid lenght bell sleeves, smock  neckline can be worn on or off the shoulders or as a tube dress. Smock bodice all around  with wide double layer flared bottom.

The bust measures 24” flat and will stretch up to 50”. The waist and hips measure 24” flat and will stretch up to 54”. Has side flat pockets.
